Spingleaf House is a three-storey inter-terrace home designed for a multi-generational family in Singapore. The house seeks to balance spatial openness with a sense of intimacy, allowing each generation to live comfortably within a shared environment. Guided by a clean and simple design language, the spaces are organized to encourage natural light and ventilation while maintaining privacy and quiet corners for retreat. Externally, the design focuses on redefining the carporch, introducing a subtle curvature that lends softness and distinction to the frontage. The balustrade was also reimagined to complement this gesture, resulting in a façade that feels cohesive, welcoming, and modern. Currently under construction, the project continues Studio of Yi’s pursuit of spaces that are purposeful, thoughtfulness, and quietly refined.

Situated on a high floor of a prime District 9 development in Singapore, this approximately 1,500 sqft residence has been reimagined as a refined bachelor’s home that seamlessly blends work and living. The open-plan layout redefines traditional boundaries, creating a fluid connection between the study and living area, while an expanded kitchen with yard enhances both functionality and flow. A spacious master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe adds a touch of understated luxury. Designed with a focus on simplicity, elegance, and purpose, the space fosters a harmonious balance between productivity and relaxation in a contemporary urban setting.
